Setup CNC Mill Machinist – (Escondido, CA)
compensation: DOE: 21.00-30.00 HR.

employment type: Full-time

Hours:

1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm M-F
2nd shift is a 4/10 work week starting at 2:15 pm to 12:45 am M-Th

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a setup machinist on CNC mills
  • Ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols, and develop appropriate machining methods
  • Ability to use inspection tools to verify part conformance
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of Fanuc,Hass,and Okuma controls
  • MASTERCAM experience is a plus
  • Must pass a basic machinist knowledge and skills test upon interview
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401K, Flex
  • 2 weeks annually Paid vacation; 3 weeks after 10 years and 3-day sick leave

Sinker EDM Machinist – (Escondido, CA)
compensation: DOE: 21.00-30.00 HR.

employment type: Full-time

Hours:

1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm M-F
2nd shift is a 4/10 work week starting at 2:15 pm to 12:45 am M-Th

You will be responsible for working within the framework of the production manager and EDM department lead and must be able to perform with little supervision the following activities:
  • Set up and program CNC EDM Sinker machines (Charmilles Roboform 35)
  • Write as needed new programs for the CNC EDM sinker charmilles 
  • Check machined parts using sine plates, micrometers, height gauges, indicators etc
  • Make offset adjustments
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meet schedules and maintain quality standards

Position Requirements:

This position requires the following skills and attributes:
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience with EDM Sinker machines
  • Experience interpreting blueprint dimensions and using measuring tools
  • Working knowledge of MI's, QSR, ISO, SOP's, work rules and safety guidelines
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Ability to hold close tolerances up to .0002"
  • A technical and hands-on approach
