The no frills way to go. They cost less and are versatile. They are less expensive to manufacture, which allows us to pass on the savings.

    They function pretty much the same way as our precision set, the only difference is that these jaws aren't heat-treated and the steps are milled instead of ground.

   They can also be customized, if you need less of a step or a deeper one, just flip them over and you can easily machine the size step you need.

   Multi-Kwik economy jaws are manufactured under the same high standards as the precision hardened set. (note) These sets do not include the unique low profile stops or the Soft Jaws.

   When using the Economy jaws we recommend "cutting on strip" method of machining. Mill the periphery of your parts. While the parts are still on the strips, machine as many operations as you can, such as steps, drilling and or tapping.
