Southern California EDM Services is a woman-owned-and-operated-small business. Our decades of experience in High-Tech and Aerospace manufacturing, along with our substantial capacity, make us an excellent resource. Wire EDM Room    		   Our EDM facility has 13 late-model centers. We can use .002 wire and can cut 45 degree tapers across 15.75” using independent “u” and “v” axes. We can cut parts as tall as 20” fully submerged and have “x” and “y” travel of 30” by 20”.

    Our machines utilize anti-electrolysis technology and all have auto-thread. All are fully submerged except for one that enables us to EDM oversized parts. Our sinkers have tool changers, micro-finish, and C-axes. We can economically drill holes as small as .008” with our EDM (Drill) through hard, conductive metals. 		SmartScope Room

       The principals, Carol Gohlich and Sheryl Anderson both had early introductions to the world of manufacturing. Carol got her start as a youngster working with her parents, Carl and Helen Warmelin at Warmelin Precision Industries and later at C & H Machine. Sheryl worked with her father, Garrett Van Gorp, at Guth-Pascoe and Casting Remanufacturing, Inc.
